Your company will be presented in all official directories of the IAA TRANSPORTATION (web, app, print catalog), including company name, address, telephone number, e-mail and homepage. Present your company in detail with a description ("About us").
Add links to your social media channels and expand your digital reach beyond the IAA TRANSPORTATION.
Stand location in the hall plan
Your stand will be listed in the hall plan with your stand number and company name (shortened if necessary).
An optional logo for your stand in the hall plans can also be purchased in the Media Shop.
Product groups
Assign your company to up to three official product groups in the catalog to highlight your product focus.
Additional product groups can be optionally booked in the media shop.
Keywords (NEW)
The possibility to assign keywords is new and already included in the new basic media entry (mandatory).
Web links (NEW)
You can add up to 10 relevant links to your exhibitor profile, such as links to specific product pages on your website, case studies, customer references or testimonials to give IAA TRANSPORTATION visitors a more comprehensive picture of your company and your offerings.
Multi-media files (NEW)
Enrich your digital exhibitor profile by uploading images, documents and videos. Link web applications, product configurators and landing pages to present yourself in a multimedia and innovative way.

Use the basic entry to attract more visitors to your stand. Provide information about your exhibitor events and increase awareness of your company.

Your company will be presented in the official printed directory of IAA TRANSPORTATION (print catalog) with company name, address, telephone, e-mail and homepage.
Stand location/number in the hall plan
Your stand will be shown in the hall plan with stand number and company name (shortened if necessary). A logo for your stand in the hall plans is available as an optional extension.

The basic entry includes our "Marketing Onboarding" service. Book your meeting and receive comprehensive support in using the basic entry. We will help you personally to optimize your exhibitor profile.

Go to your exhibitor profile via the "Edit exhibitor profile" button or use the search function. Click on the yellow icons to go to the "Media Shop" or "Edit profile".
