General terms and conditions

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries by Corussoft GmbH to companies or entrepreneurs.

2. Contractual partner

The purchase contract is concluded with Corussoft GmbH, Kurfürstendamm 56, 10707 Berlin, registered office of the company: Berlin, commercial register HRB 105369B, VAT number DE 241583090, represented by the managing director Kristian Skobic and the authorized signatory Maximilian Quarg.

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to place an order.

By clicking on the button [Buy/Order at cost] you place a binding order for the goods and services listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

4. Prices and shipping costs

The prices stated on the product pages are subject to VAT.

5. Delivery

Goods are only delivered within Germany. The delivery time for goods is up to 14 days. Any deviating delivery times will be indicated on the respective product page.

6. Payment

Payment is exclusively cashless or "on account".

7. Retention of title

The goods or services remain our property until payment has been made in full.

8. Warranty for material defects

Corussoft GmbH is liable for material defects in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, in particular §§ 434 ff of the German Civil Code.

9. Dispute resolution

The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. We are prepared to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board to resolve disputes with consumers. The competent consumer arbitration board is: Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de. We will participate in a dispute resolution procedure before this body in order to settle the aforementioned disputes.
